Callippe Golf Club - 2012 Board Elections
The elections for the 2012 Callippe Golf Club Board of
Directors will be held on November 8, 2011 at
7:00 PM during the regular scheduled general meeting. The
meeting location will be at the Callippe Preserve Golf Course – Restaurant
An election committee chaired by Tom DeRoza has
been formed to oversee the election process.
Election committee members are not allowed to run for elected Board positions.
Deadline for Nominations:
October 30, 2011
Election Guidelines
Ø
All nominations for Board
positions must be submitted to the election committee by October 30, 2011. Nominations must include your name and
the Board position you are running for.
You may also include a short bio on your background, interests or experience. (Please - no more than 100 words)
Candidates and bio’s will be posted to the website a minimum
of 10 days before the election.

Candidates will be permitted
to run for only one Board position.
Ø
Voting shall be by written
ballot (except when only one candidate is available) and those names receiving the
greatest number of votes cast shall be declared to be elected.
Ø
The elected Board of Directors
term shall be for one year beginning 1/1/2012.
Ø
The Board of Directors
shall consist of seven members in good standing of the Callippe Golf Club. The Board
members shall consist of:
